Notice is hereby given that on 2 April 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number 03078711 and having its registered office at Millstream Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 5GD, craving the Court inter alia that VRS RETAIL LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC636575 and having its registered office at Unit 1, 398 Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH11 2RN, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 2 April 2024 appointed all persons to lodge answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
