Notice is hereby given that on 19 March 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen by Timothy Williams and Alan Brown, craving the Court, inter alia that Morningfield Investments Limited having its Registered Office at 27 Morningfield Road, Aberdeen AB15 4AP be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by interlocutor dated 26 March 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Castle Street, Aberdeen AB10 1WP within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; appointed all of which notice is hereby given.
