Notice is hereby given that on 5th March 2024 a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by, WINNOCKLANDS LTD, a company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC742320) and having their registered office at Winnocklands House, 78 High Street, Newmilns, Ayrshire, Scotland, KA16 9DZ craving the Court, inter alia, that WEATHERSEAL SCOTLAND LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC706425) and having its Registered Office situated at 35 Newton Drive, Uddingston, Glasgow, G71 6EU be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator by Interlocutor dated 8th March 2024 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Hamilton Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 4 Beckford St, Hamilton ML3 0BT within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
