Notice is hereby given that on 8 March 2024, a Petition was presented to Dumfries Sheriff Court by Hayden Chilled Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC601033 and having its registered office at 5 Rowanbank Avenue, Dumfries DG1 4NB craving the court inter alia that Hayden Chilled Ltd be wound up by the court and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators, in which Petition, the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 11 March 2024, appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumfries Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Blair Milne and Richard Oddy, Insolvency Practitioners, of Azets Holdings Limited, Titanium 1, King's Inch Place, Renfew PA4 8WF, to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of Hayden Chilled Ltd, with the powers specified in parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, including the power to sell provided for in paragraph 6 of part III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
