Notice is hereby given that on 21 February 2024 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session at Kirkcaldy by Wolseley UK Limited, a private Limited Company (Company No. 00636445) having its Registered Office at 2 Kingmaker Court, Warwick Technology Park, Gallows Hill, Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 6DY, craving the Court inter alia that JJ Plumbing & Heating Limited, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC589094) having its Registered Office at 1 The Sheilings West End, Star, Glenrothes, Fife, Scotland, KY7 6JZ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Callum Angus Carmichael and Michelle Marie Elliot, Insolvency Practitioners of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG, be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Kirkcaldy by interlocutor dated 21 February 2024; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
