Notice is hereby given that on 6 March 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley Sheriff Court by Bellini Footwear Limited, having its registered office at 578 Clarkston Road, Glasgow, East Renfrewshire, G44 3SQ craving the Court inter alia that the said Bellini Footwear Limited be wound up by the Court and that Callum Carmichael and Michelle Marie Elliot, Insolvency Practitioners, of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG be appointed as interim liquidators after service, intimation and advertisement; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor (PAI-L9-24) dated 6 March 2024 ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
