A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Bearland Lodge, 45-47 Longsmith Street, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, GL1 2HT, presented on 5 February 2024, by XEROX FINANCE LIMITED, Building 4, Uxbridge Business Park, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1DH, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 26 March 2024 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
