Notice is hereby given that on 6th February 2024 a petition was presented to Ayr Sheriff Court by the Directors of Tom Callaghan Windows & Conservatories Limited (Company Number SC308359) craving the Court inter alia to order that Ulockers Limited having their Registered Office at Unit 2, Block 3, North Harbour Industrial Estate, Ayr, Ayrshire, KA8 8BN be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that, in the meantime Derek Alan Jackson, Insolvency Practitioner, Grainger Corporate Rescue & Recovery Limited be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff of Tayside Central and Fife at Perth by Interlocutor dated 14th February 2024 appointed the said Derek Alan Jackson as Provisional Liquidator with the Powers contained in parts I, II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
