Notice is hereby given that on 23 January 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Falkirk Sheriff Court by (FIRST) CHRISTOPHER JAMES THOMAS of 2 Melville Street, Falkirk, FK1 1HZ; and (SECOND) ANDREW TAYLOR of 2 Melville Street, Falkirk, FK1 1HZ, as the Directors of INCOVO LIMITED, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC230666) having its Registered Office at 2 Melville Street, Falkirk, Scotland, FK1 1HZ (the “Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Falkirk by interlocutor dated 23 January 2024; ordained all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, and meantime appointed KENNETH PATTULLO and KENNETH CRAIG, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in sections 167 and 169 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
