A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 15 February 2024

2. That the Liquidator's additional fees of £32,881.25 plus VAT be approved, being the estimated time costs in addition to those originally estimated and approved.
