Notice is hereby given that on 15 January 2024 a petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court by ALEX SHANKS & SONS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC531074) and having its registered office at 2 Hagmill Crescent, Shawhead Industrial Estate, Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, Scotland, ML5 4NS for an order to wind up ALEX SHANKS & SONS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC531074) and having its registered office at 2 Hagmill Crescent, Shawhead Industrial Estate, Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, Scotland, ML5 4NS in terms of section 122 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Sheriff F C M Thomson, by interlocutor dated 18 January 2024, appointed the petition to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspapers and allowed any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Airdrie within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
