Notice is hereby given that on 22 January 2024 a Petition was presented to the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session by Lesley Rankin, an individual residing at 76 Orchard Drive, Giffnock, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G46 7AQ, craving the Court inter alia to order that R&R LETS (SCOTLAND) LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC578312) and having its registered office at 116 Elderslie Street, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G3 7AW be wound up by the Court and that Blair Milne and James Fennessey, Insolvency Practitioners, of Azets Holdings Limited, Titanium 1, Kings Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF, be appointed as joint provisional liquidators; in which Petition Lord Braid by Interlocutor (COS-P77-24) dated 22 January 2024 ordained any person claiming an interest in the petition, to lodge Answers at the Court of Session within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
