A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Victoria Sailors and Working Men's Club Institute Limited (RS004219) of 3 Cliff Street, Bridlington, East Yorkshire YO15 2NJ, whose nature of business is to carry on the business of a club by providing for the use of its members the means of social intercourse, mutual helpfulness, mental and moral improvement, rational recreation and the other advantages of a club, presented on Friday 22 December 2023, at 10:00 by ALAN DALGLEISH, of 3 Cliff Street, Bridlington YO15 2NJ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business & Property Courts Leeds , 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 13 February 2024, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
