Notice is hereby given that on 11 October 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Grampian Highlands and Islands at Tain by Creditor of Energy Recovery Systems Limited, Avondale, Ardross Road, Alness, Ross-shire, IV17 0QA, Company Number. SC436006, craving the Court inter alia to order that Energy Recovery Systems Limited be wind up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime, Chris Horner, Robson Scott Associates Limited (T/a Business Rescue Expert) be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Tain by Interlocutor dated 4 January 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Tain Sheriff Court, High Street, Tain, IV19 1AB within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
