NOTICE is hereby given that on 28 November 2023, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by PEAC (UK) LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company number: 03088213) having its registered office at Inspired, East Hampstead Road, Bracknell, England, RG12 1YQ for inter alia order that TNS SOFTWARE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company number. SC641552), having its registered office at 272 Bath Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 4JR (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 07 December 2023 appointed Notice of the Import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specific in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Herald newspaper; ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given.
