Notice is hereby given that on 19 December 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth Sheriff Court by RAMOYLE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC748070) and having its registered office at Drummondhall, Stanley, Perth, Scotland, PH1 4PL, craving the Court to order that said RAMOYLE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED be wound up by the Court and that James Fennessy and Blair Milne, Insolvency Practitioners, of Azets, The Reel House, 7 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 1RW be appointed as joint interim liquidators after service, intimation and advertisement; in which Sheriff Wood by interlocutor dated 12 December 2023 ordained any person claiming an interest in the petition, to lodge Answers at Perth Sheriff within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
