Notice is hereby given that on 12 December 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Falkirk Sheriff Court by James Donaldson Timber Limited, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC183918) having its Registered Office at 139 Comiston Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH10 5QN, craving the Court inter alia that Central Union Direct Ltd, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC513163) having its Registered Office at 2 Melville Street, Falkirk, Scotland, FK1 1HZ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Alan Alexander Brown and Paul Dounis, Insolvency Practitioners, RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Third Floor, 69 Wellington Street, Glasgow, G2 6HG, be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Falkirk by interlocutor dated 12 December 2023; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
