Notice is hereby given that on 27 November 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dunfermline by SG Donaldson Services Ltd a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC631838) and having its registered office at Torridon House, Torridon Lane, Rosyth, Fife KY11 2EU (the “Company”) craving the Court inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up the Company and that Brian William Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB, be appointed as interim liquidator; and in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 28 November 2023 appointed any party claiming interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Dunfermline within 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given.
