A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate Zion Yard, Higher Trevellas, St. Agnes, TR5 0XS and whose last known trading address is Meadar Villa, Wheal Buller, Redruth, TR16 6ST presented on 5 October 2023 by Stark Building Materials UK Limited of Binley Business Park, Merchant House, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 22 November 2023 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
