At a General Meeting of the Company held on 13 October 2023 the Shareholders appointed Dean Anthony Nelson and Nicholas Charles Osborn Lee (IP Nos 9443 and 9069) both of PKF Smith Cooper, Prospect House, 1 Prospect Place, Millennium Way, Derby, DE24 8HG as Joint Liquidators of the Company. At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same date, the creditors did not ratify their appointment and appointed David Birne (IP No. 9034) and Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) both of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY as Joint Liquidators of the Company.

Creditors of the Company are required on or before the 20 November 2023 to send in their names and addresses and particulars of their Debts or Claims and the names and the names and addresses of the solicitors (if any) to the Liquidators at Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY and if so required by notice in writing from the Joint Liquidators, by their solicitors or personally, to come and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
