Notice is hereby given that on 12 October 2023 a petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on behalf of The Community Connections Group Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC471949) and having its registered office at 26253 Tccewg, Kilmarnock KA1 9GZ (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to wind-up the Company and appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff of by First Deliverance dated 15 June 2023 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and, in the meantime, appointed Kenneth W Pattullo and Kenneth R Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Begbies Traynor, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6LU to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company; all of which notice is hereby given
