Notice is hereby given that on 9 October 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court by Euan Stewart Webster, Julia Ann Webster, Iain Douglas Collins Webster, James Houston Andrew and Scot Cleland Kelly craving the Court inter alia that Foodmek Limited (Company number SC048716) having its registered office at 17 Shanwell Road South, Tayport, Fife, DD6 9EA be wound up by the Court and that Shona Joanne Campbell of Henderson Loggie LLP, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB be appointed as interim liquidator after service, intimation and advertisement; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor (DUN-L61-23) dated 10 October 2023 appointed Shona Joanne Campbell, aforesaid, as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
