Notice is hereby given that on 3rd October 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number 03078711 and having its registered office at Millstream Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 5GD, craving the Court inter alia that KOO-EE TRADING LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC530022 and having its registered office at 1 Glenburn Road, East Kilbride, Glasgow, G74 5BA, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 3rd October 2023 appointed all persons to lodge answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
