A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Unit 1 Former Allens Transport, Thorpe Way, Banbury, Oxfordshire, England, OX16 4SP presented on the 4th September 2023 by THE FUEL STORE LTD whose Registered Office is at 14th Floor, Bank House, 8 Cherry Street, Birmingham, England, B2 5AL claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 24th day of October 2023 at 10:00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 23 October 2023.
