Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Nicholas Cusack, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY.

The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 26 October 2023; and 2. That the basis of the Liquidator’s fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Joint Liquidators and their staff in attending to matters arising in the winding up of the Company, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by the firm at the time when the work is performed. The meeting will be held on 27 October 2023 at 11.00 am. This virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded. Where any recording of the meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
