Notice is given under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that the Company was placed into Creditors` Voluntary Liquidation (Insolvent Liquidation) and Stuart Kelly and Claire Harsley (IP numbers 13670 and 07290) of SPK Financial Solutions Limited, 7 Smithford Walk, Liverpool, L35 1SF were appointed as Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 9 October 2023.

Notice is further given, that the creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 12 December 2023 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidators at SPK Financial Solutions Limited, 7 Smithford Walk, Liverpool, L35 1SF. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.
