Notice is hereby given that on 2 October 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth by Pemberton Park and Leisure Homes Limited craving the Court inter alia that Blyth Leisure Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registered Company Number SC627771 and having its Registered Office at Pinnerwood Estate, Castleton Road, Auchterarder PH3 1JS should be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed, following upon which Petition the Sheriff at Perth by Interlocutor dated 5 October 2023 appointed all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
