Notice is hereby given that on 27 September 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by (FIRST) BARNETT ALEXANDER, 13 Turnberry Road, Glasgow, G11 5AG; and (SECOND) ANGELA ALEXANDER, 13 Turnberry Road, Glasgow, G11 5AG, craving the Court inter alia that BLACKARROW FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC639955) having its Registered Office at Exchange Tower, 19 Canning Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 8EH (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that STUART PRESTON and JULIE TAIT, Insolvency Practitioners of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Level 5, 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH, be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 27 September 2023; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
