NOTICE is hereby given that on 25 September 2023, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Neil David Murray and Janette Murray, being the sole directors of Neil Murray House Builders Limited, craving the court inter alia that Neil Murray House Builders Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC250655) and having its registered office at Westside, Forglen, Turriff, AB53 4JT, be wound up by the Court and that Shona Joanne Campbell, Insolvency Practitioner of Henderson Loggie LLP, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB, be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, Lord Braid by interlocutor dated 27 September 2023 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime, appointed the said Shona Joanne Campbell to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company and authorised her to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
