Notice is hereby given that on 6 September 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Campbeltown Sheriff Court by CORNEY & BARROW (SCOTLAND) LTD t/a CORNEY & BARROW, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC148789) having its Registered Office at 8 Academy Street, Ayr, KA7 1HT, craving the Court inter alia that STARFISH RESTAURANT & GALLERY LTD, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC583725) having its Registered Office at Starfish Restaurant & Gallery, Castle Street, Tarbert, Scotland, PA29 6UH (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that WILLIAM THOMSON MERCER CLEGHORN and EMMA SARAH LOUISE PORTER, Insolvency Practitioners of Aver Corporate Advisory Services Ltd, 21 York Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3EN, be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Campbeltown by interlocutor dated 6 September 2023; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers into the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Campbeltown within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
