(A Company incorporated under the laws of Netherlands) of Jogchem Van Der Houtweg 41, 2678 Ha De Lier, Netherlands claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 4 October 2023 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
