NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at SCC Chartered Accountants Limited, 17 College Street, Armagh City, Co. Armagh, BT61 9BT on 03 October 2023 at 11.00am for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order. The Insolvency Practitioner named below is qualified to act in this matter.

If any creditor has not received this notice or requires further information please contact the nominated Liquidator using the details below. A list of names and addresses of the Company's creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the address given below, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on the two business days preceding the date of the meeting.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy and proof of debt forms to the office of SCC Chartered Accountants Limited, 17 College Street, Armagh City, Co. Armagh, BT61 9BT no later than 12 noon on 02 October 2023, together with the relevant supporting documentation.

If a creditor cannot attend, or does not wish to attend, but still wishes to vote at the meeting, they can ether nominate a person to attend on their behalf, or they may nominate the Chair of the meeting to vote on their behalf. Creditors must have delivered their proxy and proof of debt in advance of the meeting.

At the meeting, creditors may be requested to consider resolutions specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and a resolution permitting the recovery of category 2 expenses. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. Nominations for a creditors committee will also be considered.
