Notice is hereby given that on 8 September 2023, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton for the Liquidation of Robertson Haulage (Scotland) Ltd, having its Registered Office and a place of business at Howmuir, Biggar Road, Cleland, Motherwell ML1 5PB (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that an Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed, and that in the meantime Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Pattullo, Insolvency Practitioners, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU be appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor of 13 September 2023 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Pattullo to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
