On 7 September 2023, a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court craving the Court that Flavourly Ltd (SC430601), incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 23 Manor Place, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 7DX, be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator appointed; in which Petition, by interlocutor of 7 September 2023, the Sheriff appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service, and in the meantime appointed Callum Carmichael and Chad Griffin of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5HD, to be provisional liquidators of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
