Notice is hereby given that on 30 August 2023 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by James Comerford, Robert Dryburgh and Richard Skedd craving the Court inter alia that Sequoia Information Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 12 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AX (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 31 August 2023 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
