Notice is hereby given that on 8 August 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that Connaughton Engineering Ltd, with its Registered Office care of Ballantyne & Co, 60 St Enoch Square, Glasgow, G1 4AG be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 10 August 2023 ordained the said Connaughton Engineering Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Carlton Place, Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
