Notice is hereby given that on 27 July 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Huntly and District Ex-Servicemen’s Club Limited craving the Court inter alia that Huntly and District Ex-Servicemen’s Club Limited a Registered Society currently registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefits Act 2014 with registered number SP0816RS an and having its registered office at 59 Gordon Street, Huntly AB54 8ES (“the Company”), should be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidators be appointed, following upon which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 28 July 2023 appointed all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
