Notice is hereby given that on 13 July 2023, a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Caroline Kennedy Alexander, the sole director of LOVEROSE LINGERIE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC524744) and having its Registered Office at 2 Belford Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH4 3BL, craving the Court inter alia that LoveRose Lingerie Limited, be wound up by the Court and George Dylan Lafferty, Insolvency Practitioner of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA and Barry John Stewart, Insolvency Practitioner of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, by Interlocutor dated 14 July 2023, the Sheriff ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
