Notice is hereby given that on 10 July 2023, a Petition was presented to Perth Sheriff Court by In Situ Climbing Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC623013 and having its registered office at Unit 7 Cally Industrial Estate, Dunkeld, PH8 0HU, craving the court inter alia that In Situ Climbing Limited be wound up by the court and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators, in which Petition, the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 18 July 2023, appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Pattullo, Insolvency Practitioners, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of In Situ Climbing Limited, with all the usual powers necessary for the preservation of the assets of In Situ Climbing Limited and particularly the powers specified in part II and part III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
