NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented in the Court of Session by CHARLES CLARK, residing at 20 Gress, Isle of Lewis, HS2 0NB and IAN MACARTHUR, residing at Unit 10b Harbour View, Stornoway, HS1 2DF on 10 July 2023, craving the Court inter alia to order that MIDNIGHT SUN FESTIVALS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC706729) and having its registered office at Unit 10b Harbour View, Stornoway, HS1 2DF be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; and in the meantime, to appoint Michelle Elliot, Insolvency Practitioner of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG and Graham Smith, Insolvency Practitioner, FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 2B, Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD as joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company, in which Petition the Court by Interlocutor dated 13 July 2023 appointed the said Michelle Elliot and Graham Smith as joint Provisional Liquidators with the powers conferred by Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and ordained any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Court within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
