Notice is hereby given that on 13 July 2023 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Stirling by The Parsonage (Dunmore) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC458681) and having its Registered Office at 10 Albert Place, Stirling, FK8 2QL (“the Company”), craving the court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court, in which petition the Sheriff at Stirling, by interlocutor dated 13 July 2023, ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Stirling within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
