NOTICE is hereby given that on 6 July 2023, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Hamilton by JPMC Engineering Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC619131) and having its registered office at 34 Dairy Gardens, Hamilton, Scotland, ML3 8RZ craving the Court inter alia to order that the said JPMC Engineering Ltd be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; In which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 7 July 2023 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in "The Edinburgh Gazette" and "The Herald" newspaper and ordained any persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, 4 Beckford Street, Hamilton within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
