Notice is hereby given that on 19 June 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court by Christopher Guthrie Little, Anthony John Carey and Peter James Cunningham craving the Court inter alia that Alicydon Limited having its registered office at 4 Valentine Court, Dunsinane Industrial Estate, Dundee, DD2 3QB be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queens Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD be appointed as joint interim liquidators after service, intimation and advertisement; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor (DUN-L36-23) dated 20 June 2023 appointed Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, aforesaid, as joint provisional liquidators and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
