Notice is hereby given that on 12 June 2023 a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court on behalf of David Love Property Limited, (registration number SC641443) and having its registered office at 81 Easter Road, Edinburgh EH7 5PW, (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to order that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of by First Deliverance dated 15 June 2023 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and, in the meantime, appointed Kenneth W Pattullo and Kenneth R Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Begbies Traynor, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6LU to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company; all of which notice is hereby given.
