A Petition has been presented to Glasgow Sheriff court by William Gardner in terms of which the Petitioner seeks an order for the above named company to be wound up by the court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986; and to appoint Donald Iain McNaught, care of Johnson Carmichael, 7-11 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7PE, or such other person as shall think fit, to be interim liquidator of the Company; and to determine what caution or security is to be found by such liquidator; and in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 24 May 2023 appointed any party claiming an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto to Glasgow Sheriff Court within 14 days after intimation, service and advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given.
