NOTICE is hereby given that on 02 June 2023 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Argyll & Bute Council for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up ​High Street Apartment Hotel Group Ltd​ (COMPANY NUMBER SC634152) having their registered office at ​14 Rutland Square EDINBURGH EH1 2BB​ and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 02 June 2023 appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Scottish Daily Record newspaper; Ordains the said ​High Street Apartment Hotel Group Ltd​, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, 27 Chambers St, Edinburgh EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation and advertisement; under certifications; all of which notice is hereby given.
