Notice is hereby given that on 1 June 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside Central and Fife at Dundee, craving for Winnocks Developments Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC570459) and having its registered offices at 43 Magdalen Yard Road, Dundee, DD1 4NE to be wound up by the Court; and in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 6 June 2023 ordained Winnocks Developments Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement; and meantine nominated and appointed Ian William Wright and Scott Milne, both Insolvency Practitioners, Quantuma Advisory Limited, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB to be joint provisional liquidators of the said company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in Part I, II and III of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; All of which notice is hereby given.
