Notice is hereby given that on 5 June 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by (First) Arona Property Investments Limited (SC552296) having its registered office at 17 Marine Crescent, Glasgow, G51 1HD; and (Second) Omar Ali, c/o Arona Property Management Ltd having its registered office at 17 Marine Crescent, Glasgow, G51 1HD, craving the Court inter alia that Evro Football Pro Ltd, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC645377) having its Registered Office at 66 Berkeley Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G3 7DS (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Preston and Julie Tait, Insolvency Practitioners of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH, be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 5 June 2023; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
