NOTICE is hereby given that on 16 May 2023 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Claire Louise Middlebrook, Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QA, the former administrator of Specialised Castings Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 1 Lochrin Square, Edinburgh EH3 9QA (Company Registration number: SC220559) craving the Court, inter alia, that the said Specialised Castings Limited be wound up by the Court and that the said Claire Louise Middlebrook be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 17 May 2023 ordained any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; All of which Notice is hereby given.
