Notice is hereby given that on 22 May 2023 a petition was presented to Inverness Sheriff Court on behalf of UNION ASSETS LIMITED (registration number SC589776) having its registered office at 45 Craigard Terrace, Inverness IV3 8PS (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to order that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff by First Deliverance dated 22 May 2023 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
